	Main scientific achievements:	Synthesis of numerous additives of different functional action to lubricants, fuels and cutting fluids. Basing on the results of theoretical investigations of studying the functional action mechanizm of additives, and also the effect of their composition and structure on the efficiency of the functional action, working out the scientific bases for developing highly efficient additives. Establishing for the first time the mechanism of antioxidant action of sulphur-containing derivatives of phenols and aromatic amines. The results of these researches allowed to carry out synthesis of a number of novel highly efficient antioxidants of combined action.
