The results of studies conducted by doctor of biological sciences R.A.Agabeyli in the field of biodiversity conservation and genepool protection from mutagenic and carcinogenic factors of environment based on estimation and monitoring the genetically risks on the basis of discovering new high-effective genoprotective compounds and developing the methods of their practical application have revealed for the first time.  The mutagenic and cytotoxic effects of the number of new bifunctional nitroso-compounds, polyene antibiotics, and genoprotective properties of the number of antioxidants and antioxidant enzymes, which have allowed to formulate a concept on importance of antioxidant enzymes in regulation of mutation process and prevention of genetically erosions.
