Significance of photosynthetic apparatus as a key factor, determined of plant stability under stress conditions (dehydration, low temperatures, high light) was suggested. The leading role of photosynthetic apparatus is conditioned by behaviour of chlorophyll-protein complexes, their stability is disturb under all experimental treatments; by sensivity oxygen-evolving system of chloroplast and vulnerability of photosynthetic structures formation. The theoretical approches for stabilization of complexes, that may be used for creation of biothechnological systems of sun energy transformation.
