F.Qasımov has determined the regularity of geographical distribution of essential oily plants, their species compositions, biological features, introduction and ways of biosynthesis of the components of essential oily plants. 8 new terpene compounds of essential oils of Thymus pseudobulgaricus were determined for the first time: - oksetan - heksanol - 2,2,7,7-tetramethyl-3-okten-5 - asetat-tsikloheksanol– 2-metilen-3 (1-metil-etinil) - asetat 2,6-dimethyl 1,6-heptadien-4-ol-dimethyl - 1,2-methyl-1,5,9,11-three dekatetraen - 4 heksadesen-6 - ekvaliptol-6 Empiric composition of formula of structure, molecular weight and mass-specters of these substances were determined. Essential oil from Thymus kotschyanus Boiss A. Hohen was tested as antiphlogistic and expectorant in treatment of infectious lung diseases for the first time. New method for the treatment of infectious lung diseases was offered. Essential oils of Thymus kotschyamus are also used in perfumery, food, meat and milk industries. |
