The phase interactions have been studied in a number of oxidic systems on the base of boric anhydride with participation of oxides of alkaline, alkaline earth metals, elements of the III-V groups, rare earth elements and etc. For the first time the state diagrams of quasibinary and polythermal sections have been presented, the projections of a surface of liquidus of the triple systems have been plotted, existence of new triple compounds in the systems have been revealed, the fields of glass forming have been determined. It is established, that expanding of the field of glass forming toward non-glass forming boundary binary system is connected with the formation of new triple compound in triple system-glass former. The electrophysical and technological characteristics of the obtained fusible glasses with in-creased (to 40-50) dielectric penetrability and glass ceramic compositions, meant for the works of electronic technics have been studied. On the base of oxidic borates there were obtained fusible glasses with dielectric properties which may be used as protective covers, as well the materials with semi-conductor and luminescent properties have been synthesized. In particular, the composition of glass with increased (to 40) dielectric penetrability, which may be recommended for usage at making condensators for microelectronics has been developed. |
