Development of the systems of optimum operation and control and their introduction into the chemical-technological processes.

For the purpose of working out the systems of optimum operation and control for intensification of chemical-technological processes and plants a series of figure sensing elements and adjustors have been developed. On their basis automated laboratory, pilot and industrial chemical-technological plants have been created. The multiple-reactor automated system has been worked out for selection of the active catalysts. Operation of the system demonstrated economical expediency of its application. Mathematical model and methods of continuous control of technological parameters of isobutane dehydrating process have been worked out; on their base the system of optimum control has been created and introduced in the plant conditions. Research of oxidation process of  natural gas by hydrogen peroxide under pressure on automated pilot plant was carried out. The optimum type of reactor has been selected and technological scheme of process has been suggested. The worked out systems were applied when carrying out the other chemical-technological processes as well.
