| Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: |
The macrokinetic theory of coherently synchronized chemical reactions has been created: definition of the phenomenon of chemical interference and the determinant equation are given. The highly efficient catalytic biomimetators of hydroxylation and epoxidation resisting the action of oxidizer and high temperatures have been developed. The new HO.2 -dependent elementary reactions of oxidation with corresponding kinetic parameters are offered. The new free radical reactions are revealed and thoroughly stu-died: oxidizing fixation of nitrogen, conjugate dehydration, epoxidation and oxidation of alkanes and alkenes in which capacity of hydrogen peroxide to induce the chemical reaction is realized. The conception of chemical conjugation of mitochondrial energetic processes has been worked out and mechanism of action of catalase enzyme has been suggested. The scientific principles of designing of biomimetical sensors-the high sensitive analytical systems are successfully developed. |
