| Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: | The new catalytic applied in synthesis of selenorganic compounds have been created, the biological activity of the obtained substances has been studied. The vast researches in the field of their application as modifiers of polymer materials and light sensitive preparations have been carried out. The new clays of organic compounds bis-[2-uracylil-1 ethyl] selenide and bis(uracylil-1) selenoxomethane which by biological activity do not yield the widely used in practice antitumor (sarcolysin), antibacterial (remantadine) and other antimicrobic preparation have been obtained. In the agriculture of the republic the successful tests of 2-dibutylaminoethaneselenol-1 as stimulators of silk worm have been carried out. Alkylderivate methyluracile-1-(2,3-epoxipropyle)-6-metyluracil, 2-(6-metyluracilil-1) ethylbromide, 1-(allyl) and 1,3-diallyl-6-metyluracilil and bis (6-metyluracilil) -1selenoxomethane-substances were syntheisized with biological activity, serving as well as intermediate for obtaining of new organic compounds on their base. New class of photosensitive compounds referring to the series of selendimides which can be used as photo sensibitors, were synthesized and researched. Methods of synthesis bis-(5-fluoruracylil-1) selenoxomethane were used training process of Ryazan Medical Institute after I.P.Pavlov. |
