Development of electrochemical method of obtaining photoactive, semiconductor and corrosion resisting alloys.

Electrochemical extraction method of selenium and tellurium from the plant wastes and their electrorefining has been worked out, the received results were tested on Shelkovsk plant of Moscow region. There was developed and tested electrochemical technology of obtaining pure iodine from unrefined iodine concentrate on Baku iodine plant and the most efficient technology of cementation and isolation of gallium from aluminate solutions of Ganja alumina plant. The conditions of obtaining semiconductor alloys on base of selenium and tellurium as well corrosion resisting coverings lead -tellurium, lead -antimony -tellurium have been worked out and proposed. Technology of obtaining the electrolyte for these coverings' synthesis is introduced in Baku machine building plant after Sattarkhan and the plant "Krasny Molot" (Grozny). 
The coverings received possess higher corrosion resistance and protect oil equipment from petroliferous solutions containing hydrogen sulphide. The scientific -theoretical foundations for the choice of the efficient anode materials for transformation of solar energy into chemical one under photo electrolysis of water have been proposed and established.
