Catalytic oxidation process of alkyl substituted cycloolefine  hydrocarbons was researched for obtaining the initial products used in synthesis of dien hydrocarbons and synthetical aromatic substances in liquid phase . The epoxides, unsaturated alcohols and ketons, corresponding to olefines, were obtained by using Co-organic complex compounds as a catalyst.
