Phase equillibrium of Ga-Sb-S, Mn-Sb-Se (Te), Mn-Ga-(Te), Cu-Ga(In)-Sn-Se, Pb-Sb-S triple systems were researched using physical-chemical analysis methods, projection of liquidus surfaces of these systems were plotted. In the triple systems 14 new triple compounds were obtained, formation properties and physical-chemical parameters were determined, regularities of phase formation were defined. Growth method of monocrystals of the compounds was developed. |
