Aliev O.M. is a guiding specialist in the field of inorganic material research. His research activity is directed to investigation of complex semi-conductor compounds on base of binary chalcogenides of rare earth elements and synthesis of scientific bases. It was determined, that complex and non-adductive change of physical-chemical properties and crystalline cell is a result of joint effect of energetic factors and measures in substitution of metal and non-metal atoms in the cell. For the joint solution of hardly meltable compounds quantitative criteria was suggested, character of joint solution was determined in more than 300 quasi binary on base of chalcogenides. Simple method was prepared for obtaining of hardly meltable and compounds. |
