Main scientific achievements:

It was determined that the structures of peritectic compounds and solid products of their decomposition are connected with each other by the alternative plans of reconstruction and existence of slight collective displacement. On the base of obtained scientific results two new ways of obtaining sulfides and oxisulfides have been offered. On the base of solid solutions (Ga2S3)1-x(Eu2O3)x cathodluminofors with green light have been obtained. This material doesn’t lose its spectral characteristics even after long work in electron stream and it can be used in kinescopes of colored TV sets, in devices of modulating electron stream and scanning. The samples from the field of glassformation of a triple system La2O3- Ga2S3- Er2O3 are semi-conductors of r-type, having high luminescence in the visible part of spectrum. While studying phase equilibrium in the triple system Er2O3-BaSiO3-ErF3 in the samples from the field of solid solutions anti-Stokes luminophores was found on the base of BaSiO3. These materials were proposed for working in night-vision equipments in the systems of linear bond. The monocrystals of the compositions (EuGa2S4)0,98(NdGaS3)0,02  giving luminophore irradiation can be used in TV screens. Ions Nd3+ which have a strong irradiation effect, can be used as a laser element in the indicated matrices near to IR region.
