The processes of obtaining polyhaloidbicycloheptene (and heptadien) esters of alicyclic and aromatic lines were developed. The factors of controlling reaction speed were defined. The condensation reaction of epichlorohydrine with aromatic acids derivative (oxy-, amino-, sulfo-and other groups), and the dependence of reaction speed on base and acidity were researched. A number of ordinary and compound esters of propanols were obtained. The synthesized compounds were used as antipirene and modifications of polymer materials, bactericids, antipyrenes, sweet-scented substances, modifiers and so on.
