Two binary systems (Eu-Yb, Bi-Yb) were researched. In 8 ternary systems (Eu-Sb-Te; Yb-Sb-S; Yb-Sb-Se; Yb-Sb-Te; Yb-Bi-S; Yb-Bi-Se; Yb-Bi-Te; Gd-Bi-Te) several sections were studied and projection of liquidus surfaces was plotted, triple chalcogenides of 50 rare earth elements were obtained. The material about the thermoelement, which works at 100-800K temperature, was obtained. |
