For the first time to investigate the mechanism of phase transformations in the process of differential condensation of gas-condensate mixture in a combined effect of porosity, residual water, the condensate density and temperature of the layer, in result which new insights are formulated on the parameter of pressure began condensing gas-condensate system and a new method for determining it.
