Main scientific achievements:

The scientific bases of reactions of addition, oligomerization and polymerization of functionalized cyclopropanes containing vinyl monomers have been created, the basic regularities of structural and spatial direction of the studied reactions have been established, the general method of introduction of parametric fragments with various functional groups into oligomer and polymer chains has been developed. The general presentations of mechanism of polymerization of vinylcyclopropanes have been formulated, the conception of polymerization of vinylcyclopropanes with prearrangement of intermediary forming cycloalkyl radicals has been confirmed. The general principles of preparation of practically useful carbo- and heterochain polymers have been created and on their basis the new photo- and electronoresists with improved lithographic characteristics have been developed.
