Scientific direction mainly deals with the investigation of physiological role of the endogenic opiate peptides in the central and peripherial mechanisms of motivations and emotions. For the first time the role of acruat nicleus of hypothalamus in the formation and realization of alimentary motivation was revealed. Complex changes in a great number of behaviour and veqetative functions during the desintegration of lateral and acruat nicleus of hypothalamus were studied for the first time. At this time in the syndrome appeared for the restoration of disfunction the effective influences of endogenic opiate peptides (?-LPT, ?-endorfin, met-encephalin) were revealed. At the same the same time the motivational and integrative properties of opiate peptides were analysed. So the corresponding scientific conception was put forwart.
