Main scientific achievements:

The molecular mechanism of biological activity of membrane-active polien   antibiotics was researched. There are the formation of ionic channels with conductivity for ions and organic substances in the base of this mechanism of action. For the first time there were investigated ionic channels of poliene antibiotics.
