Main area of activity of the structural unit:

Analysis and development of virtual hybrid information systems, developing principles and software of creating intellectual information systems and hybrid distributed data bases.

Main scientific achievements of the structural unit:

1. Principles of creating  distributed information systems are developed. The requirements to virtual networks are determined, their architecture features are revealed. Main principles for construction of virtual information networks are offered.  Principles of using  the distributed databases are developed. Algorithms of safety of intellectually distributed databases are developed.

2. The program systems developed on the basis of received scientific results, are applied at creation and management of a corporate network of the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic, created are Register system of Legal persons for the Ministry of Justice, «System of Personification Account» for the State Fund of social Protection, «System of structure of management and personnel potential» for the Ministry of Education.
