Main scientific results:

Positional-binary information technology of the analysis and cyclic signals recognition are worked out. The suggested information technology guarantees the high level of recognition truth of the cyclic signals and is realized by the help of simple software and hardware components, that supplies the efficiency of its usage especially in local components of control systems and diagnostics. On the basis of positional-binary technology the methods and algorithms of control, control and diagnostics for series of technological and technical targets are worked out.  The various instruments, devices and systems are created and put into production.
