Research and evaluation of the basic technological parameters of agricultural plants. Side by side with this to carry out their certification on the base of the electro foretical analyses of spare albumens (proteins) of gliding (gluten in) and the obtained electro forengrammes.

Weight of 1000 grains, structure and quality and quality of raw gluten in as well there baking properties and glassiness of cereals leguminous crops has been researched. Genetic markers on the base of allele component blocks of spare albumens (proteins) of gladioli have been defined.
