Main area of activity of the structural unit: | Investigation of dynamic interactions between the atmosphere and sea surface. Study the factors influencing on changeability of the Caspian Sea and determination of the degree of their influence on changeability. |

Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: | Unsanitary model of driving layer of atmosphere using of frequency spectrum of waves for final depth of sea was worked out. Space changeability of resistance coefficient and parameter of roughness were obtained. It is shown that dispersion of electromagnit and sound waves in lower layers of atmosphere over the water considerably depends on the stage of development of surface wind waves. It is determined that the change of water balance of the Caspian Sea is defined by change of climatic parameters. It is rewaled that the climatic factors play the dominating role in level regime of the Caspian Sea. |
