Due to the Internet and technologies there have been created the Internet of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) elaborated and installed the method of optimal organization of working regime for the users of network by time in the result of elaborated and installation of the new program facilities and usage of corresponding operation systems there have been created the controlling system of efficient exploitation of the network channels and the volume of information reserved by subscribers. On the basis of statistic analysis there have been worked out the methods, algoritms and corresponding program provision for the cashing of the sites, creation of smooth (mirror) servers and installation of probation for access to the undesirable. |
