Theory of stability of elasticoplastic systems with regard to self balanced initial stresses has been developed. The problems on stability of tension-compression resistant structural elements, stability and oscillations of bars, plates and shells made of continuously isotropic and anisotropic materials and underground pipelines with regard to resistance of different kind environment.
