Main scientific results of the department: | New linear and nonlinear superpositions of functions have been constructed. Important problems of the best approximation have been investigated. The problems of exact estimation of the best approximation have been studied. The imbedding theorems were obtained for different functional spaces. Boundary extremal properties of special subclasses of generalized analytic functions in Vekua sense have been investigated. |
