	Main scientific achievements of the structural unit:	There have been developed and accepted for realization the perspective schemes of by stage progress of fuel and oil production of Azerbaijan by 2010,specifying the structural changes of all fuel-energetic complex. There has been developed the perspective scheme of the Azerbaijan petrochemical complex progress. There have been developed the methodic recommendations on calculation of the cost of oil products produced in the enterprises of oil-refining branch and by the resolution of Finance Ministry, Economic Ministry and SOCAR have been accepted as directive document. There have been developed and accepted for realization the methodic recommendations on analysis of prices on the enterprises of oil-refining branch.
