The laboratory scientific activity is directed to the search of new original biologically active compounds on the basis of available petrochemical feedstock, study of their biologic activity for creation on their basis the high efficient chemical means for plants and animals (pesticides) protection from man and environment, development of optimal chemical and technological schemes of production providing the achievements commercialization.

As a result of the extensive systematic fundamental researches and experimental work there have been first developed the scientific foundations of the directed synthesis and creation of the efficient multipurpose pesticide preparations (insecto- acaricides, bacterio- fungicides, herbicides as well as the plants growth regulators) in series of esters of functionally substituted phenols, aliphatic, fatty aromatic and alicyclic  alcohols glycols; there have been  studied their biologic activities including  the local dependencies << structure-activity>> and  proposed the conceptual chemical bases the wasteless production processes of a number of  important  pesticides  discovered in the course of researches and their half products  by module principle.
The created efficient pesticiside preparations under the names <<Efiran 12-19>>,<<Mugan>>,<<Dikrezyl>> and <<Varroatin>> with high efficiency successfully withstood the industrial and state tests; they have registered and recommended for practical  application  in agriculture and veterinary.
