The mechanism of photoconductivity of GaSe single crystals nearly the fundamental absorption edge is suggested; The influence of doping, temperature and electron irradiation on the optic properties of GaAs, GaAs<Zn, Te> were determined; The increase of photoluminescence band and the growth of infrared absorption in affect of electron irradiation in InP crystals was found; The strong electrons scattering of neutron irradiated films on the base GaAs in affect of isochronal torch are found and explained. |
