Main scientific achievements:

The heat capacity, heat expansion, magnetization, paramagnetic sensitivity, Messbauer effect, heat conductivity, electroconductivity and thermo e.d.s. of low-measure semiconductory compounds of AIIIBVI, TlMX2 (M=Ga, In, Fe, Cr; X=S, Se,Te) type and as well as solid solitions of TlGaSe2-TlInS2-TlInSe2 have been investigated for the first time. Reguliarities of changes of heat and magnet properties in lamellar and structures of AIIIBVI and TlMX2  types have been established. For the first time in chain crystals of TlTe, TlGaSe2, TlGaTe2 and TlInSe2 there are discovered phase transitions linked with the presence of incommensurable phase in these crystals. It is shavn that  semiconductory compounds of TlFeS2 and TlFeSe2 are quasi one-dimensional magnetics and semiconductory TlFeTe2 are ferromagnetic with Curie temperature 222,0K. It is established that magnetic head capacity and sensitivity of TlCrSe2 are typical for quasi two-dimensional magnetic systems.
