The theory of Elias berg is developed taking into account no adiabatic effects and layered anisotropy. Temperature dependences of the superconducting state parameters calculated using modified two-band Ginzburg-Landau theory. Dynamical theory for the small Josephson junetions and pulse Josephson schemes suggested and developed.
