Main scientific achievements:

The features of electric and photoelectric properties of the new class of organic semiconductors, and mechanisms for a number of the effects, observed in metal- the semiconductor- metal structures, made on their basis, icluding the dielectric relaxiation currents have been revealed. It is established, that in thermoelements, owing to reactive diffusion of the components of the semiconductor and contact alloy, new, very thin interlayers with high electricresistance are formed on the semiconductor\alloy interface, which completely control properties of the interfece, as well as the thermoelement characteristics as a whole. The new compositions of alloys are designed, which one have allowed considerably to diminish resistance of the interlayers, and so, considerably to increase performance of thermoelement. On their basis the solid-state electronic cooler of various assigning with characteristics have been developed.
