Main scientific achievements:

For the first by application of the electron-optical converter is investigated a microstructure of the electric category in gas between dielectrics and the mechanism of change of physical-mechanical properties and structures of polymer dielectrics under action of category  is offered in view of power parameters of separate micro categories. On a basis of synchronously removed existential pictures of development of the category  it is established that electric discharge in the gas backlash limited dielectrics is accompanied by occurrence of discrete micro categories in space and in time. Since 1981 he has developed the new scientific direction connected to development of physical and chemical bases of creation of active composite dielectrics. Under his management mechanisms of formation of the electret, piezo-, pyroelectric, piezoresistive, varistor, posistor, photoelectric, electroluminescent effects in composites are in details investigated on the basis of various polymers, ferropiezoelectrics and semiconductors; influence of the main structural and crystallochemical parameters of ferroelectric's active firm solutions of family lead zirconate-titanate on piezo-,  pyroelectric and electret properties of polymer piezoelectric composites; by complex investigation of electro-, thermal properties, boundary polarization, electron-ion and relaxation processes, interphase phenomena and a charge state of composites is offered a possible mechanism of formation of the piezo-,  pyroelectric and electret, varistor, posistor, piezoresistive, photoelectric, photovoltaic effects in the disorder systems of polymer-piezoelectric and polymer-semiconductor. He advances also the new direction connected to development of a physical bases of creation of multiphase converters on the basis of above named active composites. On the basis of active composite elements are developed vibration pick-up, electro acoustic converters, hydro acoustic send-receive aerials, devices of acoustic electronics, gauges of tones of Korotkov, gauges of static and dynamic pressure, many of which have found serial application of factories and enterprises of the various Ministries.
