	Main scientific achievements:	By methods of condensation of molecular beams and hot wall and by complex research of growth peculiarities, structural- perfect epitaxial films of compounds and solid solutions of n\n type A⁴B⁶ were obtained on different backings with specified electrophysical and photoelectrical proporties. Photosensitive p-n homo- and hetero- structures were created on their basis and photodetectors of the infrared radiation were produced.
