Investigation of magnetic properties of the Zn_1-x Co_x Cr₂ S₄  system at low temperature (4,2-300K) have shown that the concentration dependence of magnetic moment at 4.2k has the maximum which is connected with reorientation of spin  magnetic moments and the charge of the type of exchange interaction in octahedral sub lattice.
It is shown that spontaneous magnetization in TlCoS₂ compounds is results incomplete compensation of magnetic moments of Co ions contained layers.
