Worked out the method of the growth of compositionally homogeneous and structurally perfect monocrystals of Bi1-xSbx alloys and created the method allowing to investigate electromagnetic magnitoplasma wave (EMMW) Dispersion and Polarization
Showed that complex investigation of EMMW Dispersion and Polarization and Galvan magnetic effects from the unitary methodology of establishment of the energy spectrum and charge carrier scattering mechanism in semiconductors and semimetals with complex zonal structure.
