Investigation of thermodynamik properties of semiconductor systems,  development of physical-chemical fundamentals for the technology their synthesis, calculation of atomiration energy, development of chermical current sources on their basis.
Main scientific achievements of the structural unit:

Has been investigated thermodynamical properties of aluminium, gallium, indium, r.e. elements, cupper and silver chalcogenides, as were studied phase transition in tham, has been obtein singlcrystals. There were development of chemical  current sources on their basis.
