Material science of multinary low-dimensional semiconductor  chacogenids of  TlMC^VI₂  and A^IMC^VI₂ - types (M-In, Ga, Co, Ni, Fe, Cr, Mn, REE; A^I- Cu, Ag, Au, C-S, Se, Te)

Technology of growth of chain and layer single crystals of TlMC^IV₂ and A^IMC^IV₂- types have  been worked out. Electrical photoelectrical, thermal, optical properties of these crystals have been investigated at various extremal effects: elctric and magnetic fields, temperature, pressure, laser irradiation roentgen-gamma radiation, electron and neutron bombardment. Roentgen and gamma-detectors, tenzometer, photoelectrical analisator were created on the base of TlMC^IV₂ and A^IMC^IV₂ single crystals.
