Investigation of physical phenomena connected with electron-phonon in narrow-zonal semiconductors processes and high-temperature superconductors.
Main scientific achievements of the structural unit:

The energy spectrum and charge carries scattering mechanism in Bi1-X SbX and argentum alloys where determined. The conductivity  mechanism in high   temperature superconductors on the Bi base is also elucidated.
