Opting, researches of electrical optical, photoelectric and luminescent properties semiconductors compounds on base of rare-earth element.
Main scientific achievements of the structural unit:

The first obtained laser yellow-green emission wave-lenght tenability extending to ~100°A in compound CaGa2S4 rare-earth element. Compound CaGa2S4 rare-earth element type was using for creation electroluminescent wainscot.
