On the basis of modelling of certain functions of catolose biosensors the physico-chemical propertions of novel catalose sensors, so-collod mimetic sensors, were examined. It was shown that relatively to their biological anologs, these sensors possess with a number of technical advantages that are usually characteristic to the chemical sensors. It was proved that the elaborated electrical system occupies interurediate point between biological and chemical sensors.
