Investigations of  specific and pharmacological properties of novel physiological active substances of natural and synthetic orisin, and also revealing and purification of novel highly effective radioprotectors and anti-oxidants. Accovnplishment of pre-clinical investigations of recommendations for using them in practical medicine.

All pre-clinical investigations and pharmacodynamics of preparation "Parisol 0,02%" against irradiation burnes have been carried out in laboratory. The pre-clinical pharmacological investigations of  shafranol - 1% solution of whole shafrans (crocus sativus L.) stalk extract, showing high efficacy in eyes'  reting dystophy  treatment vere as well conducted. Radioprotective activity off the whole group of of preparations, such as extract of Glycyrhizzal.. (patent №20010145), lipaphyl fractions from. Artemisia scoparia (wold. et kit) and Paraaminobenzoic acid in different radiation doses have been studied. Pharmacological peculiarities of carditonic activity of the Hippophae zhamodesL. flavonoides sum were obserued. It has been also revealed regenerational activity of ointment and liquid oitment of biozhen-shen (Panaxgiseng) in thermic and Chemical purns of I -st and II gravity.
