Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: | The scientific bases of reactions of radical homo- and copolymerization of cyclopropane containing vinyl monomers have been created and the functional polymers of special use have been prepared, the high-sensitive photo- and electron-resists have been created, the efficient methods of preparation of saturated and unsaturated polsulfones have been developed, the technology of process of their preparation has been proposed and usefulness of their use in microelectronics as resisitive materials has been shown. The functionalization reactions of industrially produced oligomers and polymers have been investigated and the high-strength composition materials, including nanocomposites have been made. |
