Physical-chemical modification of individual polymers by polymer modifiers in conditions of extrusion, study of changes in their structure and properties, creation of materials on their basis.

Main scientific achievements of the structural unit:

The physical-chemical modification of polymers with polyconjugated polymer modifiers has been studied. In extrusion conditions a partial chemical interaction between components (grafting) is observed. The prepared graft-copolymer plays a role of compatibilizer in the system. Similar modification leads to sharp change of electrostatic properties of composition. An introduction of small additions of polymer nature in polymers is accompanied by considerable change of their physical-chemical properties.
