Development of preparative methods of preparation of mono- and dihalogenpropenylketones and their purposeful conversion to structural analogs of natural biologically-active heterocyclic compounds.
Main scientific achievements of the structural unit:

The regularities of reactions of preparation of a number of derivatives of pyrrole, pyrazole, nicotinic acid, pyrrolopyridine depending on structure of initial ketones and nature of nucleophilic reagents have been studied and new derivatives of heterocyclic compounds with previously given structure have been synthesized.
