sorts of fruits and berries gathered from different places of Shaki-Zaqatala
territory, collecting, keeping and using of the reserves of the wild and
cultured plants.

Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: | The base of our work
is complex learning, keeping and beneficial usage of the traditional sorts
of fruits and berries and at the same time medicinal herbs which are spread
in the territory of Shaki-Balakan. In order to carry the Scientific Research
Work from the traditional sorts gathered from the different places of Shaki
and Balakan regions 10 pears of the sort of goncha (bud), 10 pears of the
sort of iryal, 20 oriental dates, 25 apples of the sort of sinab were
inoculated. 10 inoculations were made from the samples of cornels taken from
Okhud village of Shaki region, the town of Shaki and the garden of Shaki
Regional Scientific Centre. The rosemary plant which has great healing
importance was put firth by means of 200 saplings. It gives an opportunity
to the mass spreading the chosen samples in the territory of Shaki- Balakan.
