On the base of АIIIВVİ binary compounds lamellar monocrystals- GaS; GaSе; GaTе; İnSе were obtained. The mechanism of formation and annealing of radiation defects in obtained lamellar semiconductors was studied, as well as the method of increasing their radiation resistance was developed. |
