| Main scientific achievements of the structural unit: | The tine structure of solar flares was studied and typical values of their physical parameters were determined. The possibility of application of the theory of point explosion on the initial stage of solar flares is shown. The linear theory of transformation of magneto-acoustic- gravity waves in the strongly inhomogeneous atmosphere was developed. The cycle of works on the theory of non-adiabatic solar oscillations was carried out. The inaccuracy of the system of wavelengths of solar Fraunhofer spectrum (wshich is in use currently) was proved. The dependence of the influenza epidemic on the solar activity and its revealing in the terrestrial magnetosphere was established. The influence of space weather on technological (scintillation of microwave radio signals, electric power supply systems, oil and gas pipelines, oil production activity, etc. ) and biological systems (human brain functional activity, cardiac diseases, beekeeping, etc.) is studied for mid latitudes. |
