International Conference on "PHYSICS-2010" will be held on 30 June 2010 at Baku, Azerbaijan.

The International Conference ICP 2010 (supported by the Institute of Physics Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Aksaray University and Gazi University, Turkey) will be held at the Institute of Physics, Baku from June 30th to 2 July 2010. This 3-day event will cover actual problems of physics, spanning the following topics:

A. Materials Science, crystal structures, semiconductors, heterostructures, nanostructures

B. Electrical, magnetic and electromagnet phenomena and properties. Transport, mesoscopic phenomena and spintronics

C. Optic, Laser, Luminescent materials. Solar, optical and matrix elements, optical and electronic devices

D. Nuclear physics
E. Atomic and Molecular Physics

Conference languages: English, Azerbaijan.

Materials:-e.g: Technology and nanotechnology, epitaxy, characterization and the theoretical properties semiconductors and nanomaterials, heterojunctions, solar elements, quantum dot, wire, and well structures and others.

Physics:- e.g: Electric, magnetic, electronic and opto-electronic properties, quantum phenomena including resonant tunneling, quantum information, spin phenomena, transport, photonic band-gap structures, and magnetic semiconductors and others

Engineering:- e.g: All semiconductor electronic, and opto-electronic device engineering. For electronic devices this covers the whole spectrum from single electron devices, through high mobility transistors. A similarly broad range of engineering topics in opto-electronics are welcome ranging from, for example, photonic crystals and novel photo-detectors to high power lasers at the frontiers of device physics and processing.

We are pleased to offer discounted rail and accommodation. More information can be found on the conference website.
Each conference materials must be as an oral or a poster presentation
Accepted and presented papers in English and Azerbaijan languages will be published in Journal "Fizika"
