The ICTMC-17, same as ICTMC-16 held in Berlin, will continue the long tradition of previous ICTMC meetings, covering physics, chemistry, materials science, device engineering, growth and theory of ternary and multinary compounds. Welcome to Baku in 2010! The ICTMC-17 will be held from 28 to 30 September, 2010, in Baku. The conference venue is hotel Ramada (10 min. drive from city center), located on the coast of the Caspian Sea. The hotel will provide discount rates for the participants of ICTMC-17; ˆ70/day for a single room (1 person), including breakfast, and ˆ80 /day for a double room (2 persons), including breakfast. The early (on-site) registration fee is ˆ400 (ˆ450) for regular participants and ˆ100 (ˆ150) for accompaning persons and includes conference proceedings, banquet (ˆ75), food (3 days), and local transportation. By the decision of the IAC, the ICTMC-17 will be the first ICTMC conference offering tutorial courses for students on a free-of-charge basis. Tutorial session will be held on 27 September 2010. The proceedings of ICTMC-17 will be published in a peer-review journal.
